Despicable Me is getting a f o u r t h movie while Megamind stagnates at one and a half
When will our Suffering end

closer to one and one-sixth, but yeah.  Even if you stick with Dreamworks, they thought the idiotic snail movie was worthy of a Netflix series, but not Megamind?

Where is this 1/6 of a movie worth of extra Megamind???

I think its the mini short made for a megamind ride over in Malaysia. It was available online for a bit but since, the source has been deleted. Can’t find it anywhere.

It’s actually the Button of Doom! A short movie. I usually find it on kisscartoon, but that’s become a sketchy site.

I’ve seen Button of Doom on YouTube! It should probably still be there, last I checked….

The Button of Doom is definitely a thing, but there was a short advertising the ride in Malaysia, too—Megamind talks to the camera directly about wanting to use the ride to find a new nemesis worthy of him, and I remember him tapping that microphone thing that sometimes sits atop the ⚡️M⚡️ logo on his cape clasp, wondering if it’s on. I think one of the lines was “greetings citizens! Megamind here!”

I actually reblogged a couple posts with a link to the video on vimeo, but it’s been deleted now 😦

TIL Marine biologists are claiming there is a rare instance of non-human warfare happening between octopuses in the waters off the coast of Australia. The octopuses are fighting in large groups over territory and even using projectiles such as seashells to spit at enemies.

Octopi are intense

I prefer octopedes

“Animals don’t go to war because they’re cinnamon rolls unlike ebil humans uwu” Check-fucking-mate Linda, cephalopods are having trench warfare in the ocean.

They’re literally in the shell age

So…they’re shelling each other?

*takes a long drag on a shitty cigarette* war is shell

Why isn’t anyone even bothering to mention the countless wounded soldiers of this cephalopod war? Many come back missing tentacles and eyes! Some even return home with a bad case of…shellshock

Before the availability of the tape recorder and during the 1950s, when
vinyl was scarce, people in the Soviet Union began making records of
banned Western music on discarded x-rays calling it ‘bone music’. With the help of a special
device, banned bootlegged jazz and rock ‘n’ roll records were “pressed”
on thick radiographs salvaged from hospital waste bins and then cut into
discs of 23-25 centimeters in diameter. “They would cut the X-ray into a
crude circle with manicure scissors and use a cigarette to burn a
hole,” says author Anya von Bremzen.
