The cover of the pamphlet is this like, ridiculously extra dramatic supervillain schtick but the inside is nicely organized and well-presented info on all the policy changes and new laws on free healthcare, free education, equal pay, non-discrimination, etc. Come to the dark side, we have Socialist Utopia.

(Megamind gets invited to a formal party for high-status super villains for the first time; it’s a whole power/intrigue/machinations type thing. The invitation says to bring a captive as ‘guest’; he asks Roxanne to come with him. I’ve been trying to decide what kind of gown she should wear–something damsel-in-distress-like, but not…submissive, you know? and unique enough that she won’t look like they’re imagining every other damsel there will…)
