Pthh, well here is some, complicated-to-explain WIP that is
Megamind and Roxanne set in Regency/Victorian era.

!!!! You nailed the emotion, shy Roxanne is adorable and Megamind’s look of awe is making me smile.

Right from the trailer, where he’s “intimidating” Roxanne, I knew there were sparks dancing jumpstyle between them! And the movie itself didn’t disappoint! The constant banter, his attempts to impress her, her attempts to get through to him – all signs that they cared about each other way more than they realized at first!
Of course, with such chemistry, you get equally awesome payoff, right? Well, kinda. There was no overly sappy love confession or a jump to their wedding day, which I think made the best ending for them. We clearly saw they have a thing going on! And ideally that’s satisfying! … but dangit, even after all these years, I would LOVE to see another story! There’s still plenty of potential for Megamind, Minion, and Roxanne to grow into their new roles, becoming a real dream team! Not to mention more romantic development, coooooooome ooooooonnnnn…!
